About once a week a customer comes in in to the shop complaining that their iphone no longer rings when receiving calls, and is completely blown away when I show them what the silent switch on the side of the phone does.

I have a USB-C cable that only works one way. You plug it in, no charging. Flip it 180, It works fine.
