If you’d asked me just twelve hours ago whether I hoped to be able to post a picture for #Caturday, I would have said “no”.

I would have said I’d given up all hope of #Tigger coming home after 26 days away 😿

And I would have been wrong 😱

As it is, I’m just amazed & grateful that he returned shortly after midnight last night. Very skinny, but otherwise seemingly well & very loud 😺🥰

Wie sieht das aus, wenn zwei -innen gefährdet werden? Ist eine gemeinsame dann erfolgreicher? Oder braucht man trotzdem , wie Videoaufnahmen oder ähnliches?

Ich fahre mit dem Fahrrad und mache dabei eine Videoaufzeichnung vom öffentlichen Raum für den Privatgebrauch. Dabei Filme ich auch andere Privatepersonen (natürlich im öffentlichen Raum) ohne deren Einwilligung und in manchen Fällen vermutlich auch ohne deren Wissen. Ist das rechtskonform?

Was ist, wenn ich dabei eine Straftat filme und das Material für die Anzeige verwende? Was, wenn es keine Straftat, sondern nur eine Ordnungswiedrigkeit ist?

Ich finde, das klingt nach Material für die @rechtsbelehrung
Oder gibt es da schon eine Folge, an die ich mich nur nicht erinnere? @monoxyd

Ich habe die Folge direkt meinem queue hinzugefügt. Die kam direkt bevor ich angefangen habe, die Rechtsbelehrung zu hören. Ab Folge 94 kommen mir die Titel alle bekannt vor. Hätte ich nur 2 Monate früher angefangen, hätte ich jetzt hier direkt als Experte auftreten können. ;)

Aber grundsätzlich unterscheidet sich jedes Gerichtsverfahren, weil die Details der Fälle unterschiedlich sind. Und in der öffentlichen Berichterstattung, werden diese Details oft weggelassen, so dass es von außen schwer ist, die Fälle zu vergleichen. Und welchen Richterin am Ende die Entscheidung trifft, spielt natürlich auch eine Rolle.
