I did something today I never thought I would do. I got my first #Gretsch#guitar. I traded the Stagemaster for it. I would describe both the visuals and tone as "shiny".
I might put a pic or two of it on my Pixelfed in a couple of days.
@imabuddha Brian Setzer is immediately who I think of - or some random jazz guitarist. I recently found out the Fall Out Boy guitarist plays a Gretsch and I'm treating it as a sort of in between of my Strat and Ibanez and it fits nicely in that gap. Not as fat as a PAF and not as biting as a hot single coil.
@mwhjohnson I have a PRS Custom 24-08, which is much more convincing for doing PAF and Strat sounds. This guitar tone lives somewhere inbetween those two worlds.
And yes, they named an object as List, so it's technically not a list type, but you can get the list with .items, which is unnecessarily pedantic since they could have provided an iter which does exactly this when you try to iterate it.
Remember that #Python dicts can have tuples as keys! Consider a dict with (x,y) keys instead of nested lists for a grid. It simplifies sparse grids, "resizes" are automatic, it doesn't matter where (0,0) is, and you can use negative positions:
Selling on Craigslist so far is a lot of people texting if it's still available, then never replying again when you say yes, except the ones that do reply after that are scammers with a pitch for some convoluted payment scheme.
