Just switched cellular providers to one that works with my linux phones, so I'm going to be daily driving my librem 5 to see how it stacks up.

Straight up, 32 gigs is just not enough for flatpak. Librem 5 is an L unless I want to go to the effort of moving my flatpak installs to an SD card.

@linmob I'm looking into setting this up now. However I wouldn't be opposed to a guide. I can't remove the pureos installation of flatpak without removing some librem 5 core packages it seems

Edit: found what I needed just on the Debian backports setup guide. I'll report back on this thread with how this is working for me

So given it’s Saturday night, I thought I’d have a little fun with Kitten and make a tiny collaborative drawing toy.

I'm toying with an ActivityPub implementation. Could someone out there tell my why my user isn't showing up on mastodon search, or if it's showing up on other fedi services searches? JSON for the user is here. I'll only be running this server for a little bit, please don't DDOS me, this is running on my laptop lol.

@stefan I think that federation should just be a feature that is just part of the platform you're on. Having branding and community around what type of technology the platform is built on leads to just a niche community of techies and limits the reach to normal everyday people. I'd love to see wider adoption of federated platforms. I'd also love for it to not be part of the over all branding of those platforms. Its a feature, not an identity in my mind.
