A USB A->C cable plugged into the USB2Speakon. It also works like that. But it just looks wrong :D
The USB2Speakon plugged into the back of a subwoofer with pass-through and a connected yellow USB-C cable leaving the image.
The finished test setup. A loudspeaker on top of a subwoofer to which the USB2Speakon is connected. A Framework laptop is connected to the other end, providing the power and audio signal. There is nothing else connected to the speakers other than the USB2Speakon and laptop.

Solder the other side by hand (because I didn't have a hot-air station at home and was impatient).Solder paste application under the microscope. I think this is my best application yet.
Placed the components on the top side
