@Sh41 exact same thing happened to me with the white background. With the big release before this that was incredibly laggy I was able to improve it a little by logging out and logging back in.
I'm stuck in this game now, even killing the app reconnects to it. I can theorise why because I just played something so mathematically cursed I can't quite fathom what has happened to the engine...
To explain, this was then 6. I played Quake, then Rogue. My Mistique has already copied my Super Skrull.
I'm gonna try and figure out what's actually meant to happen here in the next toot...
@MuseumShuffle yeah it's possible Red Hulk caused all this but he's just chilling, more likely my opponent played something like his own Mystique, making two more onslaughts and the game just imploded.
I just realized #MarvelSnap unborked Luke Cage (he costs 3 now but protects all cards again instead of just one location). So I'm back on my Wong Hazmat shit. Just won a game with 1 power in two locations and -5 in a "Least Power wins" location and didn't use Luke Cage at all.
@dawngreeter I think the guy who wrote the letter was the worst. He worked for Oracle as a technical sales person (i.e. he'd hit up new clients to try to upsell services) and would work from his car while he played. One time he drove an estimated 110mph down a freeway with his kids in the car to kill a large layered field I had created. The estimate was based on the time and location of his last activity compared to where he took the field down.
If I send The Hood and the Void into your right lane with Annihilus on turn 5, my right lane is open, your right lane is now full and at negative power, and I have priority, I could not possibly be telegraphing Galactus any harder. I even snapped—risky, almost always means 1 cube for me as opponent retreats instead of playing it cool for a 2 cube win.
But opponent stuck around and then Ms Marvel emote spammed when I Galactus’d.
@jaycalixto oh I’m 100% with you. It’s so annoying not being able to play the deck you want to because you know it will get messed up by that location.
Finally hit infinite this season using these three decks. I was stuck at 96 for a while and overall it felt tougher this season. So much destroy going round. #MarvelSnap#videogames
@MuseumShuffle I don’t like playing against it, but that’s almost purely because I really dislike mirrors. Junk has been an archetype I’ve wanted to see improve and Annihilus has done that.
I usually start a new #MarvelSnap season in the 50s or 60s but I got knocked down to the 40s because I was dinking around with a new deck build at the end of the last season and had some unfortunate big losses. The difference in players at this level is so stark. That's a way to say I won't be in the 40s for long 🤣
I hate denial decks in #MarvelSnap. There's zero skill involved, unless being annoying as fuck is the skill. Galactus counts for this, but there are far more annoying combos.
Just hit infinite with this move elsa deck. This season was hard, so I'm using shang chi vs destroy and shuri and luke cage vs shadow king and high evo #MarvelSnap
@mikerastiello I’ve found that watching YouTube videos really helps. Dekkster, Molt, RegisKillbin, etc are always coming up with interesting decks that are fun to try out and they explain the combos to try for.
