✅️ The minced buttermilk chicken🍗 patties with meadow herb puree as well as the Viennese apple🍎 strudel with vanilla sauce was delicious 😍!
This Vienna street isn’t “closed” because cars have been removed. It has successfully been “opened” to everything else, to a diverse and invigorated civic life, because cars have been replaced by a multitude of wonderful things.

I'm just back from a delightful weekend in Vienna and it's fair to say I've fallen in love with the place. Excluding an incredibly rushed, stressful and ultimately pointless 12-hour business trip there years ago, this was my first visit. I got to see so much in just a couple of days - mostly due to the excellent weather, combined with my preference for walking everywhere.

Today is an office day, which means I can enjoy this magnificent view over the #Danube in #Vienna. I also like to believe that right now, somewhere there on the #Donauinsel, @wurzelmann is riding his bike feeding his crow bros.
In other news: there was a drop day today (weightwise) and I am wearing a shirt I haven't worn in 4 years now.
@SteveClough yeah I can't complain. And in our office you can walk around the whole floor thanks to the round shape of the Millenium Tower. So you can see all of Vienna and its surroundings. On a beatiful day you can see the snowy mountains in the south east as well.
Haha :D well maybe I can hack their wifi, hijack their intercom and blast some serious metal riffs 🤔

A very #European affair, the consist of this #Eurocity 102 from #Vienna to #Kraków seen earlier today at Wien Hauptbahnhof: the locomotive is Czech, the carriages are Austrian (1), Polish (2) and Czech (1). No @diningcar though. 🇪🇺🇦🇹🇨🇿🇵🇱
