The exodus of #House Republicans is continuing unabated, adding to Speaker Mike Johnson's (R-Louisiana) woes as he struggles to keep the gavel after the #2024Election election.
On Tuesday, Rep. Greg #Pence (R-Indiana) — the brother of former Vice President Mike Pence — announced that he was not seeking reelection after serving for six years in the House of Representatives.
The single “stay peaceful” tweet Trump supposedly issued during the violence on Jan. 6, which his supporters have often cited as exculpatory evidence, was actually written and posted to his Twitter account by Dan Scavino while Trump was refusing to act.
Even more damning IMO is the revelation that the tweet saying #Pence “didn't have the courage to do what should have been done” was written and posted by #Trump himself, after his advisers had walked out on him.
