U.S. court allows Mexico to proceed with US$10 billion lawsuit against Beretta, Colt, Glock, Ruger, Smith & Wesson etc. for facilitating the trafficking of weapons to drug cartels.
"The Uvalde shooter did not kill those children with his purported mental health struggles. He did not shoot them with estrangement; he did not murder them with malaise; he did not ravage their little bodies with the inchoate rage of his misguided youth. He killed them with a goddamn assault rifle, and high-capacity magazines, designed for the precise purpose of human annihilation."
We're stuck in an exhausting and devastating cycle of gun violence. I just sent a message urging my U.S. Senators and Representative to save lives by reinstating the federal assault weapons ban.

Her non-profit “The Louis D. Brown Institute” in my childhood neighborhood of Dorchester, offers many services and also organizes an annual Mother’s Day Walk for Peace.
🎯There are many causes for us to contribute to – ranging from food insecurity, homelessness, substance abuse, suicide prevention, racism, women’s rights and gun violence, to name only a few.
