and My Career: An Unforeseen Journey

Filled with immense gratitude, I shared my career path at Latin School today.

During my presentation, I chose to reveal a deeply personal aspect of my journey. While at BLS, I grappled with untreated clinical depression. At the time, I remained unaware of how it impacted my studies, self-worth, and physical health. By sharing my experience openly, I aimed to break down the stigma surrounding mental illness and encourage seeking help.

💝Alzheimer's may have taken him from us a few years back, but his spirit and inspiration live on.

🗣️Here he is absolutely crushing my "SPARTA Squat" (a variation of the single-arm overhead squat) - a true testament to his strength and dedication.

I can't help but smile knowing Nick's probably up there in heaven right now, rocking some bicep curls 💪🏾with the angels🪽

✈️Since 2022, I've volunteered on four humanitarian trips across Ukraine, from Przemsyl Poland then to Lviv, Kyiv and Kherson, most recently in March 2024.

I will continue to be a voice for Ukraine's strength and beauty, reminding the world of the ongoing need for support across the country. 🕊️
