I use the web interface to access the friendsofdesoto.social instance and I've noticed recently that #Explore seems to now give a network error when using Firefox on Windows 10 Pro.
Is this just me? #mastodon #instance #question

Man, the #Explore tab on Mastodon is so much angst, outrage, and existential dread.

Ugh, such a #BirdShite feel to that.

How come I see only 24 posts in Explore feed, on my own instance? How to increase the amount? I want to show as much as possible, preferably like 200.

I'd like to know why I only see white male photographers when I go to #Explore - For You. I have nothing against white male photographers but I'd like to see more diversity: gender, ethnicity, etc.

Reunan tuntuis loogiselta, mutta siellä on vain kolme vakikohtaa ja 'For You', joka näyttää jotain ehdotettuja tunnareita.

In today's episode of exploring Delhi, I visited the famous tourist attraction in Delhi 'Majnu ka Tila'. It represents the Tibetan culture and cuisine; it's a bustling area popular among the college students. You can hangout with friends and try the famous boba tea.

I just now returned from my first multi-day #backpacking trip of the season! Set up base camp 2,000’ below one of the summits in the White #Mountains, #NewHampshire, summited the next day, returned to camp for the second night, then hiked back to the trailhead on day 3. As expected, I experienced varied #trail conditions from dry dirt to mud to #ice and #snow. Had a blast! #hiking #trails #nature #explore #outside #outdoors #ThinkOutside #photography #landscape #LandscapePhotography #travel

Photo of me standing alone at summit of Bondcliff peak. I am wearing a broad rim hat and backpack, and holding two trekking poles in one hand. Rock slab begins at camera and extends to where I am standing. Distant mountains are viewed at horizon. Rock is greenish gray, my jacket is blue, and sky is blue with clouds.

Hey #Mastodon. While scrolling down the page in the #Explore category, how about freezing the row/header that shows #Posts #Hashtags #People and #News so it is always visible?
Nobody wants to scroll all the way to the top to pick a different category.

dataset released by Google is really impressive.

I'm curious why it hasn't been a big fuzz for the people

It has been published under open licenses and , choose your flavor.

This Sacred Navajo Monument is called "Church Rock". Unfortunately named by a "Utopian" Community of white people. Or a CULT as we call them today.

I would love to know what the indigenous name is as it pains me to call it "Church Rock".

Exploring is a chance to take a brief step into the past, to glimpse scenes that are frozen in time.

This is a relic of a bygone era, untouched and forgotten. It had been abandoned for years, and is filled with mementos of a life once lived.

Inside are many personal belongings, set against 1970s wallpaper and décor.

Despite popular belief, most of Washington is dry and quite barren, but still has cool spots like this. It’s the Western side of Washington that is green and rainforesty. This is in the Eastern side of the state. #themoreyouknow #river #cliffs #canyon #nature #naturelover #NaturePhotography #naturevibes #outdoors #roadtrip #wanderlust #washington #wa #explore #view

It takes a significant number of resources and skill to provide a satisfactory safe place for multiple blind persons. This is being accomplished. ❤️

As a mother of two blind teenagers, it was so exciting to tour a factory setting that provides meaningful employment opportunities for the visually impaired.

We are blessed to have this in Wichita.

A few pics from our school adventure.

The front entryway, Jake is slowly checking out the Christmas decorations. One of his classmates wheelchair is also pictured. We were a group with four wheelchairs. The wall is gray cement with bold letters along with a symbol art of two hands around a circle, Envision. There were poinsettias on the front desk. Although he's wearing his orange coat, it was at this point he decided he wanted to take it off and get comfortable. Bright red floor.
Julia looking through the glass at the factory below. She is sitting in her wheelchair. The only sight required job is to drive a forklift. So many different types of products are manufactured here.
In addition to the factory there is an office setting for blind and IDD who may need a more sheltered environment. Here small tasks are performed with as much freedom as possible. Julia absolutely loved being able to sort and build things. Here she is pictured at a workstation. Two large plastic bins and a smaller one containing ink refills. They make pens as one of the products. Unlike Jake, she preferred to keep her coat on. She has one hand inside a plastic bin and is working on pulling out the pieces.
