I find it both hilarious & shitty that the only question any #Saanich councillor had when seeing my multiple vids of their #antimasker#police was - How many people have seen these videos?
That confirms for me, my family & friends here that their council doesn't give a shit about their cops violating our #HumanRights but they're concerned about #BadPR 👎
Maybe because I refused to stop complaints & am going to escalate actions because #Saanich & #SaanichMayor thinks ignoring me will make me go away/give up.
Mayor & #SaanichCouncil have NO IDEA how much Teochew Taoists are committed for justice. By ignoring us - it enrages us & enrages larger Chinese & Asian communities. We aren't submissive. We are definitely smarter & sneakier on our public actions.
Last thing we expected to see, upon emerging from a beautifully forested nature path, in a longtime local park estuary & birding hotspot, was this giant excavator, sitting atop a hillside on private multimillion dollar property that backs on to park boundary.
It's aptly named: Demolition.
Such a visual contrast. Industry vs nature.

I still remember the first time I got the shit kicked out of me by 3 men, on Yates St, in downtown #VictoriaBC in front of old Scandals nightclub 1995 - because I wasn't OK with how they tried to beat up my #TransFriend in her dress. One of the violent bullies was their coworker in BC Govt. My trans friend reported every single bigot incident but #BCgovernment did NOTHING to protect them. They were actually told they should quit if they can't deal with bigots.

This big leaf #maple#tree suffered wildfire damage. It's still providing #life & nutrients to other plants, trees & fungi. There's no such thing as no value in a dead tree, left to be, in a forest.
Forests have far more value than just timber dollars. Looking at forests, with only monetary profit eyes, is the epitome of short sighted mindsets.

I saw new big leaf maple & garry oak #trees planted in the old pasture fields by the parking lot.
I found this #free#WineGrapes patch 3 years ago & made note to return each year to #harvest more #fruit 🍇 Took us about 10 minutes to pick a bag of #grapes 😁
I underestimated the harvest weight yesterday; we got closer to 8lbs in the bag I'm holding in the photo!
