It's weird to me that Google Play Games on Windows 11 doesn't seem to be an opportunity to sell Play Pass to Windows users.

To me, that'd be the first possible thing. $25 for actual games for a full year, on PC, a mostly new market for most of the games.

There IS a much larger selection now I see, including lots of good older games like Jetpack Joyride, Death Pallette, Green The Planet 2. Mostly F2P focus still though.

@SirTapTap oh god. Jetpack Joyride. I never got why people were playing Flappy Bird when Jetpack Joyride was the same concept but actually entertaining and with a lot more content. I got a bit addicted to it on my PS3 and PSP and one of the few actual phone games I played a lot on my then phone too. :P

Also I feel like I seen most of each level's gimmicks in other games like Rayman and LittleBigPlanet...

It's fun enough but it's not the big pool of creativity that it's being so highly rated for...

@SirTapTap It certainly doesn't feel very high budget to me to be worth the 60 dollars. And yeah the elephant didn't exactly appeal to me as much as the raccoon suit did all those years ago in SMB3. Flight was a big deal then and running fast to achieve it was fun too. :P

I'd like Suella Braverman to experience homelessness. And I don't mean that lil experiment done on TV some years ago where some rich person sleeps rough for a week knowing full well they're going back to their mansion when their 'ordeal' is over. I want her to lose everything she owns and sleep on the streets not knowing if or when she'll get a roof over her head or her next meal or anything.

I've done it. I was homeless 23 years ago. Fortunately things did get better

@SirTapTap Yeah, some people do sorta 'settle' for their lifes on the streets because they seem to think it's the best it's ever going to get and they prefer only having themselves to depend on. I was kinda like that when I was homeless. Didn't owe anyone, didn't have to be anywhere, could just move on.
But I realised I deserved more and if I want to have a family I want them to have a warm home and as a comfortable life as I could get for them and so I managed to get myself sorted. Wasn't easy

@SirTapTap I was lucky to have opportunity to get myself into a hostel and gradually get things together and eventually find a flat. It took a long time though. Was in hostels for about 4 and half years.

@SirTapTap It didn't help that only about a decade or so later a comedic actor with the same name would become famous. I've never found Myers particularly menacing though. The killer I mean. Also they keep undoing most of his kills with each new timeline. The recent movies undid everything but the first films kills. Tsk.

@SirTapTap Also The Conners is one of the few shows I saw quite content to deal with the pandemic and encourage the use of wearing masks and such. Most other shows at the time seemed to ignore it all.

Anyways Roseanne ain't part of that show. Her character is dead, and in the seasons since, Dan (John Goodman) has remarried this time to the lovely Louise (Katey Sagal).
