I came downstairs after my long sleep to find two spare humans sleeping in the lounge. I immediately went back upstairs to inform the preferred human, but she didn't seem very concerned at all.

I went back downstairs, hissed at the spare humans, then gave them a hard stare. They haven't taken the hint, so I have gone outside for my own safety.

@maou they did not. They prevented my access to it by sleeping near it, but after they had gone, I found that they had left some treats on it for me. Eric ate some of them, but I appreciate the thought.

Eric is misusing my tree! This will be a bit of a thread because it was highly upsetting.

He attacked my tree in an unseemly manner. 2/4

Eric, a black and white cat, is playing in a cat condo on a cat tree. He leans out of the window to attack a hanging ball, tries to kick it with his hind legs and partially falls out of the door. After a bit of scrabbling about, he makes it back into the condo.

Then he attacked me when I came to tell him off. I had gone to inform the humans of his misbehaviour, but they thought it was funny so I had to intervene myself. 3/4

Having a panic attack for unknown reasons. Partner says, "what are you panicking about," and I can't say, I'm just panicking. This is happening more often, lately. WTF? Is this just the natural process of growing older, or something more sinister? There's absolutely NOTHING to panic about r n. It's a beautiful day, the kitties are fine, the garden is blooming, I have to go work out in an hour, and I'm dying here. Even weed isn't working. Feh. I may have to take meds.

@Catawu @thepoliticalcat The preferred human likes churros. When they abandon me starving for weeks to go to something called "Foodie Friday", there is a churros stand that does a vegan chocolate dip. This pleases the preferred human very much.

It looks like a nightmare for cats, but the older humans like it. The tall one doesn't go often. I shout at the PH when she comes home for abandoning me without food while she's been eating all the nice things.
