Just opening our Aurorabearealis
Art & Craft Studio at North Kessock this morning and whoosh! - a blow of a dolphin venting in the Kessock Channel - it was big ID#748 "Scoopy" hunting in the tide while my friends at Dolphin Spirit Inverness
reported my namesake Charlie (ID#1025) in the Inverness Harbour - brilliant to see 🐬🐬back here again 😍

A group of Grey seals resting on the Whiteness Head beach, Inner Moray Firth. The cranes in the distance are part of a regeneration of an old oil industry yard, nowadays for renewable energy.

Since it's still pouring rain... 🙄 Although you still have to be reasonably careful with the pro camera gear, doing my job in wet conditions is still possible and I actually love it, as you see the dolphins in neutral, flat light with no glare on the wet skin - here's a young dolphin playing "Frisbee" with a jellyfish in the rain. .
