The most ridiculous thing about cop procedural shows is when they ask where a person was, and what they were doing at a specific time the person always has perfect and immediate recall. I'd be desperately trying to remember what day of the week that was, and trying to open my phone calendar. If I was the cop, I'd immediately be suspicious of the person who remembered exactly where they were and what they were doing.

Playing around with the interaction between Mastodon and #kbin:

Mastodon reply to kbin post took 2 minutes to show up on kbin (for comparison between two Mastodon instances it seems to work in 1-3 seconds).

When I @ the kbin magazine from Mastodon this post shows up as “microblog” on the kbin magazine.

There is presumably no way for me as a Mastodon user to start a “thread” on the kbin magazine.

Das Kind sucht einen Film, den sie angeblich vor zwei Jahren online gesehen hat, wo ein Mädchen im Kindergarten oder der Schule einen Streit löst, dann wird sie entführt und die anderen Kinder retten sie. Mit Schauspielern, nicht gezeichnet.

I got three "freelance scams" within a week, 2 via WhatsApp, 1 via Telegram.

The promise is payment via USDT (Tether USD) for liking songs on Youtube Music, for logging onto some kind of platform and clicking on products, which will then automatically rate them positively on Amazon (not sure if that actually happens) or subscribing to creators on Youtube, then sending screenshots as proof.

And then suddenly there is a super opportunity to earn much, you just have to pay first.
