Seattle Public Library goes low-tech after cyberattack

At the flagship Central branch of the Seattle Public Library, 130 computers are sitting vacant, their screens blank. Each one bears a laminated sign: "Out of Service." The computers are one casualty of a cyberattack on May 25 that downed many of the library's digital services indefinitely. Patrons can't check out e-books or digital audiobooks, use Wi-Fi at library branches or place holds on books.

@soller it's not just that Trump would be awful to the Pro Palestinian movement (after his comments during BLM about wanting to shoot protestors) its that under Biden there is an equally horrendous crackdown on protestors. The two major parties are in a race to the bottom, and voters are sick of those choices.

We say something like "earn our vote" and they complain we're being unreasonable. Democrats run on the fear of what Republicans will take away next, but once in office, never take corrective action.
