  • A fast-paced dynamic environment
  • Bachelor's degree or better

I see these things and think you don't want my >30 years of programming and machine learning experience, or my problem-solving skills and comprehensive knowledge that had people mistaking me for one of the team's PhDs, or my solutions that have proven patent-worthy. Your loss.

It turns out MSNBC prez Rashida Jones was directly involved in recruiting and hiring Ronna, and executives had indeed intended for her to appear on MSNBC in addition to NBC -- even agreeing to pay her extra for it.

Now, Ronna is gearing up to sue NBC for breach of contract.

  1. If I, a doctor, tell you that neuropsych testing has done the Conners the Wechsler the etc etc on you, and I am telling you they have documented reports indicating against an ADHD diagnosis

  2. and I then say given this, my hands are tied unless I get contradictory data, and

  3. I then send you a list of neuropsychologists to contact for a SECOND OPINION,

  4. I AM LITERALLY SPELLING OUT WHAT I NEED to not look like an asshole to prescribe a stimulant.

This is NOT ME being a prude, not me denying ADHD is a clinical diagnosis. Its me needing more than just sheer hubris to overcome DOCUMENTED lack of indication for a medication.

Its that simple.

Give me a reason to treat, and I will. Come to me with testing showing no ADHD, then wtf do you think Im going to do?

Id be happy to have contradictory reports and be like the Vice Prez in the Senate, a tiebreaker weighing in.

Unless its a benzo + potent full opioid agonist, or involving a barbiturate (unlikely), It -- fatality -- just doesn't happen usually from med overdose.

What i mean is, rhabdomyolysis, hemolysis from the bullies beating Next could have caused electrolyte perturbations that predisposed Nex to a fatal cardiac arrhythmia with an overdose, BUT the overdose alone?

Never had a patient die ever from an OD to date.

Ive seen thousands of overdoses.
