Doesn't the Constitution guarantee freedom of movement? This law assumes all pregnant women want to abort their children. Also, how can the state tell a woman is pregnant before 5th month? I see why Republicans want to end the Constitution. It prevents them from making women prisoners in their own states. The next step is forced insemination.

Fourteenth Amendment, Section 1, Clause 2:

"No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States..."

This also applies to the right of free movement.

@TexasObserver isn't this a violation of interstate commerce, which usually resides with the federal govt, not states? Is this being challenged up to SCOTUS? Allowing this could open a floodgate of stuff I don't think anyone wants to deal with, like how this precident could affect even things conservatives like, like interstate gun rights.
