I think I'm ready to ditch my stuff (laptop, smartphone) and switch back (after 20 years) to and full 🤩

For the phone, I think I will go for a .

For the laptop, what are your recommendations to have something:

  • "modern" (to make it last many years)
  • with hardware capabilities compatible with Linux (not like "port X Y Z not working", Bluetooth not working, ...)

Debian, bien entendu!!!

Mon GROS problème avec ubuntu, c'est que si tu loupes un upgrade, tu dois tout réinstaller.

J'ai eu la blague avec le pc d'un copain. Il était à la 4 (par exemple) et dans l'intervalle ubuntu était à la 6 (il ne touche pas son PC). Impossible de faire l'upgrade... Tu n'as jamais ce problème avec Debian.
