@Edent Bitwarden, but sometimes also FreeOTP+ (I should probably switch back to standard FreeOTP, but haven't gotten around to it).

@Edent I’m not on android, I’m on iOS currently. But my reason for choosing “OTP Auth” is wholly that there’s a way that I can export my TOTP codes to a file which can later be imported, and which I can store somewhere off the device of my choice, so that if I lose my phone I’m not completely screwed. This would be the thing that will motivate any choice I make on Android when I go there again, too.
