When they do we need to make them welcome!
Today Chris Bing @Bing_Chris a distinguished Reuters reporter covering hacking and foreign affairs has joined Mastodon saying "Hi - Twitter is a garbage fire. I am going to try to use this platform more. Love,-Bing."

@mastodonmigration@Bing_Chris I will always welcome professional journalists. The problem, however, is that most "journalists" are devoid of professionalism, so I relegate them to the void immediately. If a journalist has anything of real import to say, then it should be published under the auspicies of their established media platform. I don't need my feed crammed with the half-baked self-aggrandizing personal opinions that haven't seen an editor's desk.
