I found a Bluray player at #goodwill for $10. Bought some used Miyazaki movies for a few dollars more.
Today it feels (very slightly) subsersive to have a movie in a format that doesn't require an Internet connection, can't be injected with ads, and won't get taken away when the company who sold it gets tired of maintaining the service.
