Technical work can be compensated but must be discussed with the team upfront. Non-technical positions are compensated on the stable basis but details are up to discussion.

@Tusky With regards to the social media stuff, is this a paid position?
I have worked for @novalauncher for 8+ years as the customer support manager and run/own the official Discord server that has 76,000+ members. I also do the social media side of things but have a great understanding of it all.

I've been using your application for 2 years and I'm a social media manager. I can help you a bit with your social accounts I think, but as I already have a job it'll only be a few hours a week (I prefer to be honest haha).
@nick If we were a company, we would say we were looking for a "social media manager"
They would be primarily monitoring this account, potentially our matrix space, answering user questions, bringing technical issues to devs, basically helping ensure that everybody who reaches out to @Tusky gets help / doesn't get ignored
@DrSundarb It would be for contributors to the Tusky project.
While the current team is very aligned about the kind of environment we would like the project to have, we do not currently have a formal code of conduct.
