I will not support anyone who thinks social security is on the table, got Thomas on the court, lied about meeting Mandela, his class rank, anyone who left the post master in his job, who watched Roe overturned, who hasn't arrested seditionists, long list.
Hard pass on Biden.
I suggest replacing him, if you want a Democrat to win.
There are fair criticisms of Biden, but you're really reaching for something to blame him for. Do you think he's responsible for any bad thing he glances at?

You can say America's governmental system is set up badly and gives too much power to obstructionists. But it's just absurd griping to blame Biden or the Democrats for not doing something they literally didn't have the power to do.
Obama promised to codify Roe v Wade. When the time came and he had the majority to do it, he said it was "not a priority", and just didn't fucking BOTHER.

@accretionist@DemocracyMattersALot I am not sure that I said that. In fact, I think I agreed that voting for Biden was the best option; and then stated that that was problematic. I thought that was quite clear.
Unfortunately, I will be voting for no-one, as I am a Brit in Japan, watching the American hegemony spin the world towards its doom, as oil, and arms, and tech oligarchs get greedier and more desperate.
But, if I were American, I would hold my nose and vote for Biden; because a GOP lunatic really would be worse, whoever gets picked.
@accretionist@DemocracyMattersALot I have no question regarding Russia. Putin is very dangerous. China is more complex. There are possibilities of positive developments there, as Xi is not a lunatic. However, officially, as far as China is concerned, Taiwan is a disobedient province, not a sovereign state. It remains unfinished business after the civil war.
I’d rather no state was throwing weapons around. Xi is less likely to listen to those who only profess peace.
