@w7voa Musk’s mistake is that he buys into the Entrepreneur Myth as if workers are mindless robots who can’t do anything without instruction from our glorious leaders, so ex-Twitter employees who understand how Twitter works MUST have stolen Twitter’s precious secrets and nobody else can figure out how to do it.
But there was nothing magical about Twitter. It was successful because of the employees and community he’s driving off.

Elon Musk is an idiot. He fires 75% of his workforce and expects them to not work in tech? Meta is smart enough to know better than to put any of those people on a team to develop something to compete against the bird site.

@w7voa I don't trust ANY of this. Feels like they're all (not so secretly) trying to circumvent EU policy. Dorsey, Musk, and Zuck have MUCH more to gain by working together.
@w7voa Twitter doesn’t ever pay it’s bills. Fat chance they actually want to pony up for lawyers. Right now it’s just a case tactic. May still be effective tho, who knows.
@w7voa Even if Musk was right and Zuck hired old Twitter people that Musk fired…that’s a reason to not fire people who know how everything works.
And I wondered how Musk could know so quickly that it was Twitter people who built Threads unless they bragged about it online. Then I saw the denial from Meta that they used Twitter people. As usual, Musk makes accusations based solely on what he’d do if things were reversed.
