Oh look, an astroturf org (edited*) is spreading flat-out lies about cycling infrastructure, and they're illegally using the City of Toronto logo to do it.

original post said "behind I assume Saunders", which I actually meant as Saunders being behind this website. But later posts in the thread include info that makes me think it's really just a bike-hater, not Saunders.
Update: the City Manager's office is now aware that the City of Toronto logo is being used illegally to spread misleading and false info about bike infrastructure. I hope they are able to do something about it.
