"the court upheld the unfair competition claim that OpenAI did not seek their permission to use their work for commercial profit.

And OpenAI did not even challenge the case's claim of direct copyright infringement.

Update: the City Manager's office is now aware that the City of Toronto logo is being used illegally to spread misleading and false info about bike infrastructure. I hope they are able to do something about it.
