#BAGUIO CITY, #Philippines – Acute #gastroenteritis cases in Baguio City hit 2,199 before noon on Thursday, January 11, according to the City Health Services Office (CHSO).
Acting City Health Officer Dr. Celia Flor Brillantes said that the majority of cases emerged between January 2 and 8.
As of Friday, laboratory results found 18 of 62 water samples collected by the city to be positive for #coliform, and 12 of these samples were from water delivery services. Four other samples containing coliform were secured from four food establishments, one from a household water dispenser and the last sample from a school. #Philippines#Diarrhea
