Don't come to tell us you hate all holidays. I know they can be tough, but what you probably don't like is toxic people attached to them. Either way yucking someone's yum is not nice, so don't.
@RickiTarr Dealing with depression & social anxiety most of life meant holidays largely alone. It doesn't upset me; it's just the way it is. I also worked in hospitals for decades, so administration had 3 day weekends but the rest of us might have to work Sat, Sun, & observed holiday. Plus doing it with reduced staff. Brutal. I do enjoy seeing young kids being delighted on holidays like Xmas or dressed up on Halloween, even if it's just a video on social media.
Happy #InternationalCoffeeDay ☕
Coffee labeled as “100% arabica” may be delicious, but it’s not necessarily a good choice for the environment.
And then what about words like single-origin and fair-trade and shade-grown? A coffee-loving ethical marketing professor gives some helpful definitions.
It was in Vietnam where my husband and I fell in love with coffee. The country's coffee culture is so vibrant, there's practically a coffee stall at every street corner selling strong, delicious "bean water." My favorite concoctions? Ca phe sua da (iced coffee with condensed milk) and ca phe cot dua (coconut coffee).
