Get over my fears of going to #music jam drop-in program & play music with some strangers.
Due to getting 2 concussions this year & having new memory issues due to them - I qualify for a local brain injury #MusicTherapy program. Signed up & waiting to hear on when I can start attending the sessions. Instruments are provided if I want to learn a new one. I have my keyboard, hand drums & kalimba to bring with me😊

Focused on a war veteran who lost all of his limbs in addition to most of his senses & confined to a hospital bed. Despite all of this he is still very much alive; while he desires to die.
