@virtualbri Yeah, the Numbers app is annoying comparatively, but given that outside of work the only thing I use it for is budgeting... wasn't worth it. However, given that everyone wants .docx resumes, well, having a version of Word seemed prudent.

Instead of using specific categories of people, they leave it open-ended and let applicants fill in the blanks of how they are under-represented or face discrimination in their own local context.
