Today I came across a toot about this "Standing for Ceasefire in Gaza" held in Umeda, #Osaka.
The photos show rather a decent number of participants, but the astounding fact is, it started on the 1st Nov. and has been held every evening since, today being its 121st.
One of the regulars is Mr. Takao Horiuchi. If you can, have a look at his X account (https://twitter.com/horiuchi_takao), as he posts everyday about the Standing with photos and a crisp description (only in Japanese).

I've wanted to go to #Japan forever, but from insufficient budget to divorce to a pandemic there was always something getting in the way. Well it seems I'm finally going to #Osaka mid May to mid June and I'm doing lots of research now. Additionally to nature #photography I'm also moving into photographing arts and #crafts, things made by hand. If anyone happens to be in the area and has recommendations regarding Osaka, #art, and photo ops, would love to hear any advice, tips, recommendations! :)
TikTok dance by Japanese group angers Hong Kong citizens.
Osaka-based Avantgardey posted a video of them performing the kemusan, also known as "subject 3," a popular dance move that Hong Kongers say reflects China's "vulgar culture." The Japanese group was criticized for seeing "Hong Kong as China, which touches Hong Kong people’s raw nerve."
