Just learned that one of my all-time favorite songs (Rivers of Babylon by The Melodians) isn't really #reggae, but #rocksteady. I've heard the name rocksteady, but never knew it was a precursor to reggae in the late 1960s that dominated over only two years. This is great! Now I have a new rabbithole of #music to jump into! Already found Baba Boom by The Jamaicans which is also great!
Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League continues! Tonight, we may or may not kill Green Lantern! Let's find out, shall we? https://www.twitch.tv/adamcrowgaming

Je ne dis pas que Tonton David a salement chouravé une mélodie publiée sur un disque de 1969 hein... mais y'aurai quand même comme un cousinage avec de la chourave.
The Hippy Boys - Dreams to remember.
#SuicideSquadKillTheJusticeLeague releases on Friday (tomorrow for early adopters) and there are no reviews out there, because #Warner decided not to send out codes.
Tu le savais toi qu'au pays du froid qui gèle des ours on peut faire du super bon ska/rocksteady/reggae qui réchauffe et qui donne envie de stomper comme un con dans le bureau ?
@vinylrecords Interesting #reggae 45 'Love Your Mother' from Roy Shirley from 1975, released on Hawk Records in UK. Some versions didn't have any writing on the label... Had to compare with an identical copy which did have writing to identify.
Now added to Discogs as a 'misprint' release.
My wife and I are taking a trip to Jamaica later this month with friends, no kids! Recommend any Jamaican music to get us in the right headspace? I'm a Marley true believer but not as well-versed in other #reggae#rocksteady#ska#dub, so it doesn't have to be a deep cut.
(I do use Spotify if you know a good playlist. Yes, I also support artists via Bandcamp, vinyl, etc.)
