I was checking out speech-to-text and text-to-speech software and models for Linux and Android. based on experience, Festival seems the best in TTS and Vosk is the best at STT, but they both are not smooth. The Festival have not been updated for years, and Vosk seems very suspicions as they don't say where they are from and who is developing it.
Does anyone knows any libre alternative to either of them?
