Weird how #Siri works. I say "Go Daddy", and Siri types "GoDaddy," then changes it to "Gaddy." Obviously, because statistically, it's more likely I said "Gaddy." 🙄
I feel like I should probably hand back my public radio nerd card when I mistook Francis Lam's voice for Rick Steves while listening to a recent episode of The Splendid Table on the radio.
It's about having input form field using (or not) the type="date" and how that may affect voice recognition software like Dragon. Is there someone with a Dragon license to test/provide feedback please 🙏🏽
There are solutions, but belong to corporations and tied to license agreements, which can change at any time and hence, can not reliably be used by developers outside these corporations.
Mozilla Common Voice is aiming to change that, but they need voices (esp. female ones!) and verification for the models.

Wusstet ihr eigentlich, dass eine global um 3 Grad höhere Durchschnittstemperatur bedeutet, dass es in Deutschland im Schnitt 6 (!) Grad wärmer wird, da Landmassen sich doppelt so stark erwärmen? Ich glaube vielen Menschen ist nicht klar, was das alles für uns & das komplette Ökosystem bedeuten würde. 😢
Das verstehe ich zu gut. - Es ist jedoch ein häufigeres Problem.
Ich werde mich mal etwas in Tech-Kreisen umhören, ob es nicht (vermutlich ja) irgendeine App gibt, die über #VoiceRecognition die Texte generieren kann. (Super wäre eine, die dann auch gleich noch den Zeitindex bei jedem Satz mitliefert, so dass man schnell Nachhören kann zum Verifizieren.)
