Hubs ordered a Bob Marley bowl from the Jamaican place for dinner. (rice, beans, jerk chicken, plantains in a spicy sauce). Then had the gall to ask if he could use my bathroom to take a dump because kids were in the other two.

Then he shared that he's had an upset stomach all day.

Man just ran for the toilet screaming NO WOMAN NO CRY.

I hate this place.

The report hasn’t actually been signed off on or released yet, but Lab Corp put it in their portal for the Halo Imaging doc … & that means I have it, too! I think the hemosiderin-laden macrophages are from my lung issues. Why that would show up in my thyroid, I do not know—& also, since they’re not being caused by cancer, I’m wondering if my thyroid symptoms indicate Graves? I don’t know. I guess I will once they release the report to my doc & I speak with/ her.

But! BENIGN!

Today is my 21st wedding anniversary. On our first wedding anniversary, we were pretty broke, so hubs made me homemade coupons for massages, but he spelled it wrong, so I got a handful of printed out coupons for 1 Hour of Messages. So, every year since I get something like this:

Students of "Mayonnaise Sauce" as the French call it (which they made famous with a recipe nicked from Spain), learn Miracle Whip was marketed as a cheap alternative to mayonnaise during the Depression. Its not bad on a white bread sandwich with leftover Thanksgiving turkey—as an alternative to Duke's. Otherwise, nope.

Duke's is a Southern tradition, but available outside the region now or online at exorbitant prices. On sale @ Ingles this week for $2.98!
