Saw Adam Ant and The English Beat in Phoenix. Great show, both great bands.

The thing about seeing these older acts is they almost always end up with really great musicians backing them.

Half the people in Adam's band looked the part, and half of them looked like they just came in from the Keith Urban gig, but they did rock and apparently it's been mostly the same band for a while.

I got back into bed but then a little while later, I saw this, so had to go out again :p (sorry for shitty pic taken from bed, but look at that view!)

The sky is mostly clear now so you can clearly see a strip of yellowish green light along the horizon and beams of very deep pink light all across the sky.

I am apparently the last person on the planet to know we might be able to see the aurora tonight. So many amazing photos online tonight. Lovely. Genuinely didn't think I'd get to see it in my lifetime. Absolutely thrilled.
