If the US saw lack of ICC jurisdiction as a valid defense that exempts Israel from ICC prosecution, then US would not have welcomed ICC arrest warrants for Putin—who also rejects ICC jurisdiction. But instead the US happily welcomed ICC warrants against Putin, and stands by those warrants to this day.

International rules based order mandates consistency in law and the application of law—for opponents & allies alike. That's how justice is supposed to work.

I think the central problem with this Judge's announcement is, the announcement preceeded any formal investigation or coordination with Israel/Gaza, as the ICC had scheduled to meet prior to the statements.

Unfortunately it's a trendy fad to pretend you're with the ¿underdog?Gazans, who are simultaneously victims & terrorists.

Since the 'so called Palestinians' live under an archaic religious Patriarchy, the only innocent ones would have to be the Women & Children, since they have no say as the males decide everything.

However, the entire population is so radicalized, I see no hope of any future for them. Israel has been their 76 year Strawman.

Such great news, since Ireland, Norway and Spain will be picking up the tab for the rebuild, Humanitarian Aid delivery, and the Welfare Support for the millions dependent on the International Community to supply everything.

One little fly in the ointment, Gazan/Palestinian/Hamas Government unequivocally rejects a two state solution, so,... looks like Ireland, Norway and Spain are supporting a "State" whose goal is the elimination of Israel.

House Speaker Republican Mike Johnson told reporters Tuesday that his office notified Democratic Senate Leader Chuck Schumer’s staff the day before that if the Senate leader does not sign the draft invitation for Netanyahu by Tuesday, he will proceed with inviting the Israeli prime minister to address just the House. The Speaker, however, noted that he would invite senators to attend the speech.

Republicans just don't care what damage they cause in their quest for power sadly.

That's interesting, because nothing seems recognizable in Gaza/Palestine, like a state, a government, or the ability to provide anything for its citizens.

Maybe Norway, Ireland & Spain recognize Gaza/Palestine as the international Welfare State it has been for the last 76 years.
