Latvian Parliament approves the first reading of the Bill. Owners will have to either re-register the car in #Latvia or take it out of the country within 3 months when law comes into force on 15 November.

Otherwise, the car will be confiscated, the owners fined, and the vehicles given to #Ukraine.
