I understand. But for me, I'm like all attorneys; I'm listening for a half dozen things even when laying a foundation for admission of simple documents. You don't have time to get bored. At the end of the day, all the attorneys in the Trump case are probably dead tired because it's like being on stage for eight hours solid.

I'm hoping for the moment the bailiff stands in front of Trump, has Trump hand over his personal effects to his attorney, then gets handcuffed, and lead away through a sidedoor in the courtroom. It's a dry-mouthed moment where realization sets in with the defendant.

His attorney is standing there thinking, "And, I told you so."

Bragg can't be happier to hear how Pecker is testifying. Not only is Pecker's testimony devastating to Trump's defense, it's wholly gutting their defense. What the defense outlined in their opening statement can't be believed by even the hardest core Trump favoring juror. Fortunately for the defense, they have some time to reposition their defense.

Breaking: Another appeals court has denied 's request to delay the criminal hush money trial.

Trump's lawyers had filed another appeal of the decision to not move the trial out of Manhattan. It failed.

There, also, are times in a trial where the attorneys momentarily disarm and just laugh at the immediate circumstances. Sometimes it happens when the judge points out the ludicrous positions taken by each side. Believe me, the attorneys well appreciate the temporary reprieve from combat.
