Something like ChatGPT or Llama-Chat could be interesting in games. RPGs usually only have a set of dialogues and an even smaller set of choices to influence them.
Being able to start a dialogue with your own text would also make a detective game interesting, but I assume testing such games can be time consuming. #gamedev

Now with #Unity of the map I took a look at #Godot, installing test-projects and converting them to the version I had. Most projects didn't work after converting them, so I guess updating Godot needs some manual updates of the code too

Not sure if I'll keep using C# or the language Godot comes with. All in all Godot looks solid though. I'll have to start with baby-steps again.

I found my old budgie chatbot code and some of the communication logs. So many repeated lines of code, a logic to create AJAX objects for IE 5 and IE 6 and a high-end utf8 to ISO 8859-1 conversion (str_replace 😁). The answers were in a MySQL database and no third-party framework or library was used. I used the behavior of the match-fulltext search to my advantage.
