I hope the are talking how some of the measures of the new goverment are contradictory with saving money. Like first sick day unpaid. That has been proved to make people go to work sick to get paid and this make more people sick, costing more to companies and goverment than paying a single day to a person.

@JohanEmpa not in the agenda for a few years with socialists in the goverment but now when the new goverment is formed (more right wing) who knows. But so far their discussions are about immigration and economics

No sé si hay muchos europeos que vayamos por la vida con gorra. Y muchos menos con una gorra que lleve el nombre de nuestro país. Y creo que menos todavía que lleven una gorra con el nombre de la ciudad donde viven.
En cambio en EEUU lo ven supernormal llevar una gorra de NEW YORK, IDAHO o AMERICA.
Te imaginas a alguien por la calle con una gorra que ponga ALBACETE, CASTILLA-LEÓN...
Lo más parecido es la gente que lleva al gorra de Caja Rural de Badajoz.

@cavalleto En y en es normal. En es posible (normalmente de la selección de fútbol, hockey u otro deporte) pero no tanto. El diseño de ropa de Tampere es bastante original, no en vano es una gran compañía de textiles con mucha solera aquí y Tampere ha sido muy de industria textil

Installing in is getting easier with @fdroidorg and . And usual all lack something that the other have. FFupdater updates effortlessly in the background but it's only for browsers. F-droid has a huge list of software but doesn't update in the background. And Obtanium is great for different kind of repos (including F-Droid) but also doesn't update in the background. Please share and copy each other 😃

@euklidiadas algo que me decía un viejo amigo. El PP te roba a la cara, y algo queda después para los demás. El PSOE te roba y te dice que no, y no queda para los demás. No la comparto, pero era una opinión

@researchbuzz @bok It's a cross-site issue. You can't add the content from @wikipedia that way. Firefox redirect me to https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/HTTP/CORS/Errors/CORSDidNotSucceed?utm_source=devtools&utm_medium=firefox-cors-errors&utm_campaign=default Maybe you have to look into using Wikipedia's API instead

@researchbuzz @wikipedia @bok With a fresh profile of Firefox 102.11.0esr (64-bit) worked for me. So probably Ublock Origin, or any of the other extensions blocked something :D Still people might have their extensions on and won't turn them off so easily

@fanta @audricd @kyva Y con ZFS? No seria beneficioso la de-duplicación de bloques para almacenar videos? Yo lo uso para almacenar fotos (que copio en varias carptas aposta) y se ahorra bastante. Eso si, consume memoria (aunque yo lo tengo en un NUC corriendo tambien MariaDB).

La gente que dice que no ve racismo y por eso no entiende que la comunidad negra prefiere BlueSky o Twitter porque aquí no se sienten seguros es la misma que dice que no veía transfobia cuando defendieron a un admin abiertamente tránsfobo en .la

Al final como en cualquier ambiente por muy "revolucionario" que sea algo si no se lucha contra las amenazas sistemáticas a la disidencia social pasa lo que pasa. Luego que por qué hay hay poca gente luchando contra el sistema, quizás porque los echáis.

@Alexia_Powderr si ahora mismo algo le entra bien por el ojo al "admin" de Twitter no quiere decir que luego, no le entre bien por el ojo y lo maltrate. No conozco mas que las noticias sobre Bluesky, pero si no es parte de un ecosistema federado y es restringido tendrá el mismo problema, la dictadura empresarial. Con Mastodon (u otro servicio que soporte ActivityPub) tengo la libertad de crear mi propia instancia y escribir lo que quiera, con sus consecuencias

@Terquiteldes @Alexia_Powderr no es solo irte y ya, hay más posibilidades dependiendo del caso. Especialmente con situaciones de acoso, como la policía, que parece que Internet es el salvaje oeste. Por hacer un símil, Twitter seria un centro comercial y ActivityPub la plaza del pueblo. En ambos sitios te pueden acosar, pero en el centro comercial es posible que el dueño te eche por ser acosado, mientras que en la plaza no. En ambos casos tienes la policía, pero el comercio puede echarte aun asi

@Alexia_Powderr @Terquiteldes es un símil, no un consejo directo para una situación especifica. Puedes interpretarme como organizaciones que aplican una legislación, legisladores, asociaciones que educan legisladores, etc. Crear guetos para que la gente no sea atacada no es una solución (completa al menos) para este tipo de situaciones, y si que haya educación social para educar a quienes agreden, legislación que proteja, policía y poder judicial que aplique correctamente la legislación

@mustikkasoppa This is interesting... first because it disrupt me the fact that the totopos are called nachos in Finland (I think because US misunderstanding). But also because the lack of real mexican/latin/spanish food in Tampere also worries me. Nachos (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nachos) is a plate of totopos (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Totopo) and other things. So Nachossalaatti sounds quite mixed up. But I guess me alone fighting to change Finnish translations of Mexican plates is a difficult task
