Wow, Bank of America is bad at security. For the fourth time this year, someone has successfully authenticated with them on the phone as my Father-in-Law, and initiated fraudulent credit card balance transfers to his card.

The last three of those times after they had supposedly enabled “enhanced security" on his accounts to prevent such things.

Woke up not feeling quite right this morning. Instead of fretting about it for three days like I normally do, I made an appointment with a clinic nearby. A few hours later, I had a preliminary diagnosis, a treatment plan, and a follow-up schedule. Pretty cool.

I recognize that there are a number of reasons going to the doctor isn’t a desirable/feasible option for many, but in this case, I’m thankful it worked out the way it did.
