Okay guys, if the SEC had no questions for Tesla regarding its proxy statement requesting ratification of Musk's pay/moving to Texas, Tesla will file its final proxy statement tomorrow morning (probly b4 9:30 EST). If it does not file, the SEC likely had questions.

Fun to contemplate the lawsuits, though. Do the minority shareholders just sue the Ellison group as abusive controlling shareholders, or do they also sue Nat'l Amusements for selling to a known looter?

@luis_in_brief yes it's actionable but you misunderstand. the plan would be she sells her controlling stake, and then the buyer now w/ control forces out the minority at a price they think is inadequate. so a suit could proceed against the buyer, and then possibly redstone initially for selling to the buyer, knowing the plan
