After 4 years being wireless, I'm going wired again. I dusted off my old AKG K550 headphones and bought a new #DAC. The #HiBy FC4 sounds great with MQA from #Tidal. It also works fine with Linux.
Fallen down a rabbit hole of third party Apple Music apps that offer different layouts and things like last.fm scrobbling - Cider, Marvis Pro (!) & Soor. Anyone used any others?
@thomasfuchs I see what you mean, but i think there is not much difference. Some Electron apps do actually pull resources the same way as they would in a browser, but use caching mechanisms to not always do it. Slack and Discord do things like this I think to have 100% parity between web and "desktop".
@kommen@thomasfuchs I did hear a story that at some point, there was an initiative to change the US constitution to allow Arnie to become US president.
20 years ago on November 6, 2003, Fedora Linux, originating as "Fedora Core," began in 2003.
Originally referred to as "Fedora Core," Fedora Linux forked from Red Hat Linux in 2003. This move came as Red Hat Linux was phased out, enabling Red Hat to focus on its paid server version, Red Hat Enterprise Linux.
Fedora Linux became a community distribution, while Red Hat Enterprise Linux continued as the official Red Hat-supported distribution.
@SinclairSpeccy The first time I installed Fedora Core 1, I started browsing Red Hat's website and thought to myself, "One day, I'll work there"... funny how that worked out...
