I'm on track for three runs this week, and sometimes I get an itch to run in the afternoon. on my off days. Not compatible with my daily responsibilities, though.
Hat jemand Erfahrung mit Beantragung von Reisepaessen fuer Kinder, speziell fuer Kinder, die nicht lesen und schreiben koennen? Habe gelesen, dass die ausstellende Behoerde dann das Unterschriftsfeld durchstreichen soll, aber klappt das auch, oder gibt das eher Stress?
Did I just run 5K under 36 minutes? Two independent running apps seem to think so!
Ran 5K in 35'55" with three recovery walks in between. Longer steps, maybe?
I just realised that I've been trying to run twice a week for a year now. Casually only, not managing every week, I've racked up 76 runs of 5km each (or at least a one hour workout at home), accumulating 376 km in total since April 1st 2023.
I know a lot of you do that on a bad month, but still I'm happy 😅
Gestern kamen wir aus dem Urlaub zurück und meine Frau konnte es kurzfristig einrichten, dass beide Kinder heute noch ihn kita und Hort gehen.
Damit bleibt von zwei Wochen Urlaub ein ganzer Tag Erholung für uns beide 😅
Auf Grund des Spielverhaltens beider Kinder überlegen wir gerade, aus dem Wohnzimmer ein großes Kinderzimmer zu machen, aus einem Kinderzimmer das Wohnzimmer zu machen und aus dem anderen Kinderzimmer ein richtiges Arbeitszimmer.
In ihren Kinderzimmern spielen die beiden eh nicht, und das Wohnzimmer strotzt vor Playmobil Spielzeug 😅🤯😅
Just finished my third 5K run for this week.
Ran 5km. RAN 5km. No pause, no slow walk, ran the whole 5km for the first time, in 36'21".
At 1km I felt good that I did that again.
At 2km I wondered how much more I could run.
At 3km my legs hurt.
At 4km stubbornness fought pain.
At 5km I took my first 50 recovery steps and then ran the remaining 700 metres back home.
TIL: An automation trigger can be "Time of your phone's next alarm" and now I can automatically turn on two WLED and one proprietary RGB lighting automatically when I have a wake up alarm set on my phone and my phone is at home.
Ran 5km in 39 minutes, 29 seconds.
Then ran another 0.75km in another 8 minutes 24 seconds.
It's cold outside, it's snowing, it's windy, and I still went out. Didn't push too hard today because of that, and also because I wanted to add some more distance.
Ran 5k in 43 minutes 10 seconds.
Time is a hot mess today as I really needed to find a toilet halfway through. Luckily a friendly person I saw in their front yard let me use theirs.
Mit Mueh' und Not habe ich die Kids heute davon abhalten koennen, nicht die gesamte Buecherei ueber Weihnachten mitzunehmen. Am Schluss sind es 5 Buecher, 3 Tonies, 1 Hoerbuch, 2 Brettspiele und ein Switchspiel fuer mich geworden. Zum Glueck macht die Buecherei in der zweiten Ferienwoche wieder auf und wir koennen Nachschub holen 😅 @fedieltern
Question for all users of Windows (especiall 10):
If you press the mute button on your keyboard, does your sound actually mute? Because mine doesn't. Searching for this issue is nigh impossible.
I do get the black rectangle volume popup with the volume muted icon, but still sound plays.
Using the volume down button to put volume to 0 works fine.
What's a good start into #Minetest? I tried Mineclone 2, but there are so many mobs at night that all I can do is camp in a house until night is over (boring).
Currently trying Mesecraft which looks promising.

Bei den Floßen gibt es ein eigenes Floß für Rolli-Fahrer.
Und die Menschen die dort arbeiten waren wieder einmal super freundlich! Und man hat nicht das Gefühl "professioneller Freundlichkeit".
