Gibt es Fakten, die Vorteile von Meersalz gegenüber gewöhnlichem Salz beim Kochen belegen? So ziemlich jedes Rezept fordert den Einsatz von Meersalz, nirgends wird aber begründet. Dass es geschmackliche Vorteile hat, bzw. dass man diese herausschmecken kann, kann ich jedenfalls nicht nachvollziehen (bin aber auch kein Feinschmecker, obwohl ich unheimlich gerne koche).
