  2. I’m a big fan of Aussie film/tv and of actor Simon Baker - found two newish movies of his: “Limbo,” which was EXCELLENT, and “Blaze” which I saved to watch today. Yay. 🍿🍿

I’m most concerned about collapse of the marine food chain due to rise in ocean temps. Three billion people rely on marine life for food, without a ready protein substitute. The next step in that disaster would be climate migration refugees, and given the political climate on migration now, we would see wholesale death. Add in the rising sea levels, and billions will die.

It’s going to be fast and horrific, and humans aren’t the only species to go. We’ll take with us ALL sea birds & mammals that depend on the marine food chain. We’re already experiencing the Sixth Mass Extinction Event,and rising temperatures, shortages in available water & food will only exacerbate death.

We are so fucked.

The media are WHOLLY TO BLAME!

Pres. Biden has not been given the credit nor support for his astounding accomplishments these entire 3-1/2 years.

The reason people are “badly misinformed” is due precisely to the lack of info from credible sources, while the same media reported every burp & fart by Fucko.

We’re given tedious reporting on every word of each Trump rally, tantrum, grandstanding whining — and ZIP on the beneficial differences Pres. Biden has made for everyday Americans.

If, as reported today, a majority of Americans think we’re in a recession caused by Biden when unemployment rates and wages have reached historic low’s & highs respectively, then the MEDIA has failed, not the president.

We need a flood of TRUTH by the entire media if we are to save this country.

John Roberts has a big, big problem on his hands-he's got the most corrupt court in the history of the Supreme Court and it is losing any credibility or importance it had by the rulings they're issuing.
This court has literally, "jumped the shark' and has no more importance to the United States. It is now irrelevant and unimportant.
He wants to change it, he'd going to have to order change. He's a coward if he does not.

ETA: if you listen closely at the lull, you can hear the constant hum at a lower frequency that doesn't change, it just keeps going and going and going.

  1. Sat outside reading with “my” critters for three hours this sunny morning. The neighborhood mockingbird is a VERY enthusiastic virtuoso!
  2. Brunch was leftover plain rotini with dollops of Tostitos’ queso dip. Unbelievably tasty/spicy (& not all that decadent).
  3. January’s Albatross chicks in Dunedin, NZ, are about halfway to fledge time. The average chick now weighs about 20 pounds (equal to an adult) and are getting some dark wing plumage. (By comparison, bald eagles fledge at about 12 weeks & males weigh about 9 lbs.) Here’s the live-cam boy and his mom, talking things over before lunch. ⬇️ (From “Lady Hawk” YouTube channel)

Judge Aileen Cannon, a Trump appointee, has entertained a host of defense arguments that would likely have been dismissed by others

My piano teacher’s been having me practice pentascales + major chords in every key, and I just learned “The Lion Sleeps Tonight” (from the Adult Piano Adventures book) which is in D and just switches between a major chord and a 6th in the left hand, so I decided to try playing it in every key tonight and I DID IT! Still such a piano newbie, but it’s exciting to be able to figure stuff like that out!!

👉Many Americans put the blame on Biden for the state of the economy, with ⭐️58% of those polled saying the economy is worsening due to mismanagement from the presidential administration.

The poll underscored people’s complicated emotions around inflation.
