I’ve absolutely nailed Yorkshire puddings these days, but I’ll be honest - each time the oven timer went off during today’s roast prep I had no f***ing idea what it signified. Take home message - if you’re going to drink that much while cooking, maybe make notes about the timer shenanigans.

Would never have thought to try it as an expt but this morning I found out that snails can survive and are OK after being washed for 3 hours, then spun at 1200 rpm for 20 minutes. But probably best to remember to clean out my pockets prior to washing clothes next time. 🌀🌀🐌🌀🌀
