I have a hard time taking seriously people who warn me that the next US presidential election will decide between democracy and fascism and then spend most of their time yelling at anonymous strangers online about not voting.

Fascists do not play by your rules of law, nor do they care. Not only that, the failure of the liberal democracy is what elevates such people to power. So no, that’s just naïve and plain stupid.

You do not fight fascism by voting it away. You fight fascism by applying fist to fash face.

Nie ujmując, oczywiście, nic temu szlachetnemu gatunkowi, któremu opinię zniszczyła kultura popularna oraz bzdurne badania postulujące pierdoły, jak samce alfa. Dlaczego pierdoły? Jak to było? Wynaturzone warunki tworzą wynaturzenia? Hm, ciekawe skąd to znamy.

W rzeczywistości, najlepsze efekty zawsze daje współpraca, a nie brutalna siła czy przemoc. Widać to właściwie w każdym gatunku, także w homo sapiens. Teorie, jakoby nasza "natura" nie pozwalała na współpracę zawsze trafią na jeden problem: Skoro nie potrafimy kierować się wspólnym dobrem i współpracować, a kapitalizm jest naturalnym stanem rzeczy - pomijając fakt, że to tylko jeden system ekonomiczny, w dodatku mający nieco ponad dwieście lat - to nigdy nie wyszlibyśmy z Afryki, a ludzkość skończyłaby się na pierwszym przeciętnie rozgarniętym tygrysie.
